Budgetly is very easy to work with from setup to after sales follow up. They provide good information on how to best manage the account.

Xero Integration is a fantastic addition to the app.

We use Budgetly to allocate funds to each of our supported houses so that staff in these houses can purchase household items as needed. We have over 300 transactions per month and Budgetly is so simple to use to upload receipts and allocate expenses. These sync across to XERO effortlessly to reconcile as any other bank account. The Budgetly support team responds quickly and professionally.

Budgetly is easy to use both from card users and administrator point of view. Cards can be set up and distributed within minutes. Budgets and limits can be set up easily on the dashboard in card level. All the transactions are easy to track and upload with receipts.

We used to have some issues around fraud when dealing with Australia Post Load and Go cards, but that's not an issue any more. Customer service is at least a 9.5/10, I'd definitely recommend it.

Budgetly has helped us save money by ensuring staff are sticking to our actual budgets. It’s hard to say how much time we’ve saved, however the whole process being streamlined has saved a lot of it.

Works as described, Automatic GST extraction should be on the basic plan as well (given its a compliance thing with accounts) to reduce the human errors.

Although the business hadn’t been running for long, staff would have to spend their own money and would be reimbursed afterwards. This wasn’t ideal as it took time to get funds back to staff and additional admin time to manage the whole process. We don't have to worry about this anymore and have saved several hours a week in just admin alone.

We are saving money AND time. No longer have to drive to each location with petty cash or to pick up receipts etc.

We used to use cash and were worried about risk management using this. We also had a time-consuming reconciliation process. Now with Budgetly we can see purchases made and print transactions and the risk of issuing cash has been removed.

The biggest win we've had with Budgetly is the time savings in not having to chase receipts. We've got full control over our staff's spending and Budgetly has allowed us to put some responsibility back on our staff without losing any visibility over the process.

Being in such a regulated industry, the risk of being audited is very real, however Budgetly has solved this for us with the reporting that we can now do. Their customer service is really detailed and responsive, too. I find that some other services only send you to a website to watch videos, however Budgetly gets straight to the point which allows us to move on quickly.

Before budgetly, we were using gift vouchers for our staff which was a pain as we could only buy five per person, so had to get multiple people to purchase these. Unfortunately these gift vouchers provided no oversight on what people were spending and while we could tell them how much they could spend, we had no way of enforcing this. With Budgetly, we’re now able to set up specific budgets and allocate spending rules when we like.

We've saved at least a day a week by no longer having to chase receipts and the Xero integration works perfectly for us.

We were looking for mulitple debit cards for our business units. Budgetly offered an easy way to set this up and despite the increase in debit cards within our organisation, general overview of debit card expenditure is now even better and easier to maintain than previously through our bank. Business units are now responsible for uploading receipts and it is easy for administrators to view where the missing receipts are and to remind units to upload them.Training sessions before we commenced using Budgetly were useful as well. Plenty of time to ask questions and very responsive to our queries when we started using the debit cards.

It’s saved a lot of time, it’s an easier process, we have far more flexibility and our staff love it. 10/10 customer service, too.

We were using two different providers prior to Budgetly and their online platforms/functionality quite limited. Since moving to Budgetly, we've saved 5-10 hours per week across the business with smoother processes in place for all frontend staff using the cards as well as backend staff who had previously worked on reconciling receipts etc. Through being able to track spending across the business, we've significantly reduced overspending in our SIL houses and are now able to better incorporate budgets etc into our strategic planning for our business.

So far so good, gives us optimal experience in maintaining expense tracking.

10/10 service, we'd definitely recommend them. Budgetly was easy to understand from the beginning and the support we received around implementation was very quick.

Budgetly has been great. We've saved so much admin time across multiple different sites and things like record-keeping are now so much easier.

90% of our issues prior to Budgetly have been solved. Our biggest challenge was issuing cards, lack of live visibility and missing transaction receipts. Being a small business, it resulted in huge impacts with extra staff workload when delays occurred. Budgetly's sorted all of this.

We still have some manual admin processes to manage in the back end, however the biggest value with Budgetly has been finding a more efficient way for our staff to operate. The help and support has been really good! If I can’t get onto my account manager, the Support team are incredibly helpful. The fact that we can clearly see what’s happening with cards/transactions and having complete visibility of live transactions is great as we can often solve our own problems easily.

We originally had bank accounts with a similar cost to Budgetly per card but now we’re saving a lot more time. Without manually reconciling receipts etc., we're definitely ahead cost-wise. Their customer service is very good! We don’t necessarily need too much support but it’s great to know it’s there if/when we do.

We started using Budgetly over a year ago to replace our old petty cash system, it has simplified the process of getting funds out to our supported houses each week. We have 200+ transactions a month and Budgetly is so simple to use for uploading receipts and allocating expenses to the correct houses. These then sync across to XERO effortlessly to reconcile as any other bank account. It’s easy to update categories or tags for a seamless integration between the two systems. No more chasing down receipts and the customer service experience with Budgetly has been great and they’re open to feedback and frequent developments to make the product even better.
