Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How much does it cost to start using Budgetly?
For $10 AUD per month, you get 5 cards and full access, plus our white glove onboarding. That's 10 bucks... how good is that? The price increases when you invite more users.
Q. Is there a limit on how many payments I can make per month?
Goodness, no. Limiting the number of monthly payments is prone to leakage and over-spending. We don't penalize you for making payments, unlike *ahem* some of our competitors.
Q. Do I need to upgrade my plan to access more features?
No, all our features are available to all size businesses.
Q. How much is the Foreign Exchange conversion fee (FX)?
Budgetly doesn't markup fees when you spend in another currency. We charge 0.5% above the interchange rate, at cost. That's all. No surprise, no other fees, so you don't have to pay 2.9%.
Q. How long am I stuck in a contract?
We're not out to trap you. You pay by the month and cancel whenever you want. To close your account, contact your Account Manager or create a ticket here. Once all your transactions have settled, we will transfer your balance back to your nominated business bank account. Your Finance team retain access to statements and we will ask for your feedbacks to improve!
