Q. What is the new pricing?
Annual Payments:
- Essentials Plan: $99 per month
- Premium Plan: $279 per month
Monthly payments:
- Essentials Plan: $119 per month
- Premium Plan: $299 per month
Q When will the new pricing take effect?
The updated pricing will take effect on 15 January, 2025 and will be reflected in your next billing cycle after that date.

Q Will my current features change?
No. All existing features on your current plan will remain available. Premium customers will gain access to exclusive tools like Buddy AI and advanced capabilities.
Q Can I switch plans before the price change?
Yes! You can switch to the plan that best suits your needs before 15 January, 2025. Contact us if you need assistance.
Q How do I lock in my current price?
Lock in your current pricing by upgrading from a monthly to an annual plan before 14 January, 2025.
To upgrade, go to Settings > Billing > Upgrade to Annual for your current plan.

Q Does pricing increase affect recent new customers?
For monthly customers who signed up in the last 3 months (on or after 15 October, 2024), the price increase will take effect on 15 April, 2025. For annual customers, the price increase will take effect on their annual renewal date.
Q What happens if I upgrade midway through my current billing term?
- Upgrades are instant.
- Billing period renews.
- Prorated credit is applied for remaining period on previous plan
The credit card on your account is charged immediately for the new plan and billing cycle with a prorated credit applied for the remaining period left on the previous plan.
Q What happens if I downgrade midway through my current billing term?
- Downgrades are instant
- Billing period remains the same
- No prorated credit is applied for remaining period on previous plan
