Overview

Lead Your Life is a prominent Sydney-based NDIS provider, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Established in 2018, the organisation is led by experienced professionals in the Disability sector across a range of different person-centred, service-oriented roles. 

Before implementing Budgetly, Lead Your Life experienced numerous challenges with manual, inefficient processes.

Challenges
  • Bottleneck inefficiencies: The time-consuming manual expense management processes created a bottleneck, as one person was solely responsible for reconciliation. This not only resulted in spending limitations but also restricted the services that could be provided.

  • Business scalability: Another impact felt on the bottle neck of the Director having the only spending card was that building growth plans for the business was difficult. All businesses want to grow but without time saving, admin reducing tools in place, this creates headaches.

  • Difficulty in issuing cards: The business was interested in obtaining more spending cards but opening multiple bank accounts to obtain multiple spending cards for multiple cardholders was cumbersome. The implementation of Fuel cards was attempted to try and help but then the business experienced an increase in other admin such as chasing receipts and ensuring funds were available.

  • Chasing receipts and manual data entry: This is why the fuel cards were also inefficient. Tracking receipts was difficult and entering the transaction data into Xero created more admin time needed by the management team.

How Lead Your Life saved two hours every day by using Budgetly

Budgetly prepaid corporate debit cards are available in physical and digital formats, with virtual cards available instantly upon application. Staff can add Budgetly’s virtual cards to their mobile wallets and use them immediately in any location.
