Overview
Blacksheep Trading operates a transport company out of NSW. The vehicle drivers were historically supplied with bank debit cards to manage expenses, which was inconvenient for many reasons:
- Manual receipt collection. Drivers would have to send in physical receipts at the end of each week, which was time-consuming.
- Manual reconciliation. Finance teams spent too much time reconciling each receipt manually.
- Card setup difficulty. Setting up the bank cards and accounts for each individual driver was a hassle and frustrating for the finance staff.
- Slow card cancellation. Cancelling each card that was lost, stolen, or no longer in use was also difficult with the banks.
