In this video, Peter Negri shares how Budgetly transformed the way ClubMates Travel, a tour company specialising in disability support, manages spending on tour. Before Budgetly, staff carried large amounts of cash to support passengers who couldn’t manage their own spending money. Today, that’s gone. Budgetly lets the team link multiple accounts to a single card, set budgets for each passenger, and stay in control without the safety risks or admin overhead of cash.
Peter explains that the platform has saved roughly 60% of the staff time previously spent on cash handling and manual data entry. Receipts that once required entry into a separate system are now captured with a quick photo and categorised in the app. International tours have become easier too. Budgetly handles different currencies automatically, removing the need to exchange or carry foreign cash. The technology is simple enough for every team member to use, including those less comfortable with new tools.
