Moving to Budgetly has solved many of our problems we were experiencing with traditional expense management methods. We're able to issue cards instantly, set spending rules and even automate our subscription payments. It takes one click to send the transactions to Xero and they're constantly improving the product to do more. The customer service is the best I've experienced with unlimited training and telephone support and no wait times to speak to someone when you have a question.

Budgetly is very easy to work with from setup to after sales follow up. They provide good information on how to best manage the account.

Budgetly has streamlined purchasing for our organisation. Instead of the finance team manually chasing receipts and processing reimbursements, staff are able to easily enter details of their purchase and upload receipts directly into the Budgetly app which are synced across to Xero. Such a time saver and so easy to use - highly recommend this product!

Budgetly integrates with Xero seamlessly. The data transfer between the two programs is almost immediate and the electronic storage and importing of receipts has saved us heaps of time at the end of the month.

It's so much easier to monitor funds being spent by our participants and staff. For example, we can now monitor the number of takeaway meals our participants are eating which has a positive effect on their health. The support we've received has been excellent, definitely recommend Budgetly.

We used to have some issues around fraud when dealing with Australia Post Load and Go cards, but that's not an issue any more. Customer service is at least a 9.5/10, I'd definitely recommend it.
