Partner resources
Badges, backlink spec, and a quick path to your partnerships contact.
Display your partner status
Show prospects and clients that you are a Budgetly partner. Pick the badge that matches your tier and place it in your website footer, on your partners or technology stack page, in proposals, or in your email signature. Tier-specific badges are issued only to partners at the corresponding tier — your partnerships contact will confirm which one applies to you.

Partner badge do's and don'ts
- Only use the badge that matches your current partner tier
- Maintain at least the badge's own width as clear space around it
- Link the badge to https://budgetly.com.au or to the partner program page
- Use the @2x or @3x version for retina displays
- Never use a tier badge above your current tier
- Never alter the badge artwork, colours, or proportions
- Never display the badge on the brand green colour
- Never imply exclusivity, certification, or accreditation that the badge does not represent
How to refer a client
Introduce
Email your partnerships contact with the client's name, company, and a one-line context. Or use the referral form.
We take it from here
Budgetly qualifies, runs the demo, handles onboarding, and delivers free training. You stay informed but don't do the work.
You earn
Once the client is active, your revenue share or client discount kicks in. Lifetime — not time-limited.
What needs sign-off
Most partner activity is self-serve. A few things need a quick check from the partnerships team before you publish.
- Adding Budgetly to your website partners/technology page
- Using approved logos and badges on your site
- Pasting the short, medium, or long description from the press kit
- Placing the backlink per the spec on this page
- Mentioning Budgetly in a newsletter or email to your clients
- Sharing Budgetly press releases or blog posts on LinkedIn
- Running paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) that mention Budgetly
- Building a co-branded landing page
- Creating a case study that names a shared client
- Using Budgetly's name in a press release or media pitch
- Any creative that modifies the logo or creates a co-branded lockup
Please don't
- Don't bid on 'Budgetly' or 'budgetly.com.au' as search keywords
- Don't use the logo in a way that implies employment, ownership, or endorsement beyond the partnership
- Don't promise features, pricing, or timelines that aren't on budgetly.com.au
- Don't use a partner badge above your current tier
- Don't share referral commissions or internal pricing with prospects

Section 6.2 of the Partner Program Terms requires every partner to place a link to budgetly.com.au on their company website within 30 days of joining. This page is the technical reference for that link. The terms are flexible on placement and anchor text, strict on link attributes.
The link
Place this on a public page reachable from your main nav (homepage footer, partners page, technology stack):
Budgetly
That’s the whole requirement. The link must be a standard to the HTTPS canonical URL, without rel="nofollow", rel="sponsored", or rel="ugc". The hosting page must be indexable (no noindex, not blocked by robots.txt).
Anchor text
Any of these work:
BudgetlyBudgetly partnerBudgetly: expense management for Australian SMEs
Avoid generic anchors like “click here” or “learn more”.
Optional UTM tracking
If you want to see your referral traffic in our reporting:
Budgetly
UTMs don’t affect SEO. This is separate from your partner-referral link (the CRM tracking link your partnerships contact shares for commissions).
Once it’s live
Send the URL to your partnerships contact. We’ll confirm it meets the spec within one business day.
Talk to your partnerships contact
Anything not on this page — additional logo formats, co-branded assets, custom case studies, integration help, awkward CMS edge cases — comes through your named partnerships contact at Budgetly. We aim to respond within one business day.
