Can Budgetly handle multiple legal entities?
Yes. Budgetly supports multi-entity setups so a single account can manage cards, budgets, and reporting across multiple legal entities. Each entity syncs to its own accounting ledger with its own chart of accounts, GST setup, and approval chain. Two-way sync handles the right entity automatically.
Does Budgetly integrate with NetSuite or SAP?
Yes. We support two-way sync with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and SAP out of the box. For other ERPs, we offer REST API and webhook integrations, plus custom mapping support included in the Enterprise plan.
What about migration from Concur, Weel, Airwallex, or Volopay?
We migrate enterprise customers off competing tools regularly. Migration usually runs 30-90 days depending on scale, number of entities, and ERP complexity. Our enterprise team handles the data export, cardholder onboarding, ERP integration, SSO setup, and approval-chain configuration. You get a senior account manager from kick-off through go-live.
